John Amatucci is a licensed Business Broker and Commercial Agent, specializing in the Las Vegas market. John grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and began his business career with the prestigious Shearson Lehman Brothers Broker Program. John spent over 12 years on Wall Street where he obtained his Series 3, Series 7 & Series 8 licenses, and traded stocks, options & commodities. John spent 15+ years managing medium-sized businesses in the Entertainment industry and successfully negotiated the acquisition of one company to the music conglomerate, Warner/Elektra/Atlantic. This led John back to a career in the financial industry where he became the Regional Manager and Senior Loan Officer for a subsidiary of a publicly held bank. John has helped over 2000 small businesses throughout the United States obtain financing through the SBA Loan Program. Currently, John works with business owners to evaluate & sell their businesses and works with Nevada businesses to buy, lease & sell Retail, Restaurant & Office spaces throughout the state.
