I specialize in the sale of leased investments and land for development. I have closed transactions totaling over $2,000,000,000 in transaction volume. I have been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for over twenty (20) years. I have represented such national firms as Bank of America, Avalon Bay, The Dinerstein Companies and County of Los Angeles in addition to numerous local and regional high net worth investors.
