In addition, I have been a real estate broker also for over 40 years. i am presently licensed real estate broker in Florida, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. In the past, I was also a real estate broker in New York and Maryland. I presently own several retail properties one of which I may sell to my tenant and therefore I am looking for an exchange property.
