John Lindstrand served in the United States Marine Corp from 1986 to 1991 and is a Veteran of Desert Shield/Storm. After his service, John obtained his certification as a Deep-Sea Commercial Diver and worked in the diving industry for 3 years abroad. From 1993 to 2005 he worked for 3 major Fortune 500 companies in New York City as a Senior Business Analyst. John moved to Myrtle Beach in 2005 to create his own real estate investment company, and has been buying, selling, and wholesaling investment properties ever since.

John has over 220 hours of specialized Investment Real Estate buying, selling, and advanced negotiating training. In addition, he has attended Mortgage Originating and Home Inspection training schools, which allowed him a greater understanding of all aspects of the real estate transaction and to better serve his clients. John has been an active top producing Realtor since 2007 and puts his above-mentioned training and advanced negotiation skills to work to help property owners get the most equity from their property or the best deal possible.
