John has spent nearly two decades having closed transactions in virtually every segment of the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. As an associate with Lee & Associates John leased and sold Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant office properties. At The Industrial Property Group John closed transactions on hundreds of acres of industrial land, warehouse properties and Investment properties.

Closed transactions, include the sale and leasing of Single and Multi-Tenant properties, Retail, Office & Industrial properties, Vacant Land, Casino, Taverns and Investment properties. Mr. Mendoza has closed on over 350 acres of industrial land with total transactions in excess of $450 million.
Prior to working as a commercial real estate professional, Mr. Mendoza worked in the entertainment field at The Walt Disney Company and Paramount Studios.

Mr. Mendoza is an active member of the Director Guild of America and a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corps.
