John Mounce successfully launched the LandQwest brand in 2005 and supplies his esteemed team and client base with 25± years of commercial brokerage, brokerage management, tenant representation and asset management experience.
John specializes in retail tenant representation for national big box and grocery brands, prominent fine dining and quick casual restaurants and home furnishing retailers. He is also responsible for the acquisition and leasing of large-scale development sites.
As former Asset Manager for Mariner Capital Management and Founding Principal / Managing Retail Director of Colliers International, John offers extensive experience in site selection, rollouts, tenant retention, lease plans, market studies, void analysis, corporate and committee consulting, capital improvements, lease negotiations, strategic planning and more.
A longstanding Southwest Florida resident, John is actively engaged with local owners, developers, city planners and expanding retailers. He is also an involved member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is on their advisory panel for its regional deal-making events.
