Our company and partners provide liquidity to private sellers, investors, banks and money lenders with legacy assets on their balance sheet that they are looking to dispose. We invest proprietary capital in real estate opportunities in US and Canada. Our investment professionals identify, structure and finance the acquisition of real estate assets principally through commercial mortgage assets and other debt interests. Our partners include: Private Investors, Investment Trusts (REIT's), Investment Advisers, Family Offices, Developers and Private Equity Firms and Institutional Investor.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE FINANCE:

Our clients are looking for debt and/or equity for acquiring commercial real estate assets, or commercial real estate operators who are seeking to re-finance their loans and/or recapitalize their existing assets. Structured products we offer include bridge loans, equity, preferred equity, acquisition, refinance, construction, joint venture, development, hard money, mezzanine, sale/leaseback, lines of credit. We specialize in sponsors and operators who cannot readily access capital from traditional banking sources.
