John’s Biography:
As a Vice President at Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc John is focused on the sale of Income Producing Investment Properties.
Background:
Prior to moving to Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc.; in just six short years in the Real Estate Business John had become Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s top Commercial agent in NJ in 2013, he was recognized for the largest single transaction in 2013 and was ranked #3 in 2012. As a diversified commercial real estate agent John has leased retail spaces, office spaces and sold institutional properties, multi-tenant, land and mixed use properties as well. His sales have also included bank owned commercial properties and he has averaged over 30 transactions per year for the past two years.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent John held the position of CEO and Founder of PhoneXtra, Inc. As a successful business executive with over twenty years of experience in the technology sector he has a solid, successful track record and an exceptional grasp on business owner’s needs. John formed PhoneXtra in 1982 as an installation and service company of alarm systems and business telephone systems. Prior to selling the company in 2008 he hired, managed and employed a staff of 160 workers and grew revenues to $40MM / year. The business was sold in 2008 to Strategic Products and Services in Parsippany and John continued as Vice President for one year prior to reinventing himself in the Real Estate marketplace.

• John has served, as one of twelve key advisors, on the exclusive Avaya Business Partner Council
• He was a member of the NATD (North American Telecommunications Dealers Association) for over 10 years. At the NATD he held various Board of Directors positions including Vice President from 2005 – 2007 and President of the association from 2007 – 2009.
• Secretary of the Spruce Edge Condominium Association in Mt. Lakes, NJ.

John is a graduate of Montclair University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
