Jon Cohen is an Associate Director in Stan Johnson Company’s New York City office where he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Net-Leased industrial, retail, and office properties across the country.

Cohen graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and started his professional career with Yelp in New York City, selling advertising. With his roots grounded in real estate, he began working full-time at his family’s residential brokerage firm in North Jersey, before joining the commercial sector as an Investment Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate Investment Services. While at Marcus and Millichap, Cohen specialized in the sale of retail, office, and industrial properties in Northern New Jersey. Cohen was later presented with the opportunity to join the Tri-State Investment Sales Team at CBRE, where his market focus expanded to cover retail, office, industrial, multifamily and development projects in Northern New Jersey and the Outer Boroughs of New York City before joining Stan Johnson Company in 2017.
