Bio
I entered the real estate industry as a loan officer in 2001 working for Union Planter's Bank as a direct lender. I quickly become an award winning top producer for Union Planter's and a trusted advisor to my mortgage clients. In 2004, I obtained my Real Estate License and in 2005 I obtained my Broker's License. While still maintaining a substantial mortgage business, I began representing real estate clients at the request of many of my family and friends. In 2005 Union Planter's sold our mortgage company to Gateway Bank. In 2005, I opened my own Mortgage/Real Estate companies, Summit Financial Solutions, Inc. and Summit Realty. In 2007 I joined TRI Coldwell Banker in San Francisco and managed their Van Ness office for 5 years. While managing TRI, I also sold real estate and provided real estate advice to my clients. I also have a wealth of experience as a property speculator and real estate investor.
