Jonathan Berman is a Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listing sales, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in the Brooklyn submarket.

Mr. Berman brings a vast amount of experience to the position. Throughout his career, he has sold more than 150 properties of various types throughout Brooklyn, including multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office and development sites.

Mr. Berman has contributed to articles for various publications including The Commercial Observer, The Real Deal and The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, as well as having been a featured expert on National Public Radio to discuss the Crown Heights investment sales market.

Before joining the company, Mr. Berman was a First Vice President of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, now Cushman & Wakefield, where he served the Brooklyn real estate market for six years. His outstanding performance earned him numerous professional awards for business development.

Mr. Berman is involved in various organizations both in conjunction with the company and in his personal life. He is a member of the American Friends of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, local community boards in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate Board of New York.
