Jorge Suazo serves as the Director of Real Estate Development for WGPITTS and Commercial Broker at KW COMMERCIAL Atlantic Partners in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a U.S. Citizen immigrant from Chile who has lived in the Jacksonville area since 1983. Jorge brings over 30 years of Real Estate Brokerage and Development experience to WGPITTS.

Jorge was the Principal Broker of KW COMMERCIAL Atlantic Partners (Keller Williams) in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was responsible for the recruiting, training, and retaining of commercial real estate agents specializing in commercial leasing, acquisition, and investment sales of multifamily, retail, office, warehouse, land, light industrial, and specialty purpose properties. Still active at KW COMMERCIAL, Jorge now concentrates on working with select clients.

In 2016-2018, Jorge served as President and Principal Broker of JUSTMULTIFAMILY.COM in Atlantic Beach, Florida, a vertically integrated multi-function platform serving investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities in the Southeast with site selection, acquisition, debt & equity sourcing and structure, development, construction, renovation, management, and disposition of A-B-C class multifamily assets.

During the 2007 through 2015 downturn cycle, Jorge served as Director of Acquisitions for SAWGRASS PARTNERS and Broker at DICKINSON COMMERCIAL in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where he focused on multifamily opportunistic acquisitions and portfolio asset management. Jorge served as VP of Real Estate for UNETA®, a technology platform of integrated Real Estate and Mortgage Services providing a “Complete Business System” to licensed professionals. For five years, Jorge worked directly with UNETA® CEO to be recognized by INC 500 MAGAZINE as the 152nd fastest growing privately owned company in United States in 2006.

From college graduation through joining UNETA® in 2002, Jorge practiced commercial and residential real estate brokerage, investment sales, and development. Jorge completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member full curriculum and aspires to earn his CCIM pin soon. Jorge earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics in 1987 from the University of North Florida at Jacksonville.
