Jose Luis Casarez is a Broker Associate with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates and BRC Advisors located in Beverly Hills. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and hospitality investments.

In a market that is often based on imperfect and limited information, Jose is constantly striving to build relationships and provide analytics that ensure his clients have an inside track to off-market deals.

Jose is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), currently studying Mandarin, and is fluent in Spanish and French.

He is Vice-Chair of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and an active member of the Global Committee at BHGLAAR. In his spare time, he sits on the board of The Culver City Education Foundation and is passionate about raising funds for public schools. He also holds a seat on the Culver City Council appointed Finance Advisory Committee. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego, and an MFA from The University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.
