Joseph is a trusted commercial real estate advisor and directs all strategic oversight of the Firm’s efforts including investment, capitalization, disposition, brokerage and investor relationships. Joseph’s finance and real estate career spans 23 years, having been directly involved in sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $200 million. Prior to establishing A la Carte Investments, LLC, Joseph was Vice-President of Investment Sales at Ackerman & Co. and before that Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers.

Joseph takes a holistic approach to real estate investments by understanding the unique needs of each principal, investor, and client in order to derive the maximum value of every investment. His positive and energetic communicative style is highly regarded by clients, business partners, and colleagues. Joseph’s finance and real estate career has involved more than 500,000 square feet of space valued in excess of $160 million.

Joseph is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been a licensed Realtor in Georgia since 1996 and also holds a Broker’s license in California.
