Joseph Jaques joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group and currently works in association with Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. Joseph previously worked on the hotel development side of the hospitality industry with Sunset Legacy, LP. There, he was an analyst for their Five-Star hotel development overlooking Lake Grapevine.

Joseph graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Business Management degree, while also playing for the Men’s soccer team.

His background working in the hotel development side, coupled with his analytical mindset, allows him to expertly advise clients in achieving their investment goals. Currently based in Dallas, Texas, he focuses primarily on the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA.
