Joe has been involved in all aspects of real estate for more than 30 years, in both Canada and the United States, including sales, site selection, property development, leasing, and management. Joe has developed, leased and/or managed in excess of 10 million square feet of commercial property, ranging in size from a 10,000 square foot strip center to a 750,000 square foot multi-purpose development.
Some of the more recent projects that Joe has been involved in, are a 30,000 square foot strip center developed and sold in Tampa, a 55,000 square foot center rehabbed in Miami, a 40,000 square foot center redeveloped in Miami, a 175,000 square foot food and drug anchored center developed in Miami, a 100,000 square foot food anchored center rehabbed and expanded in Greater Tampa Bay, a 50,000 square foot center sold in Tampa Bay, and a 20,000 square foot center sold in Tampa Bay.
