Josh Harley, a broker at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC and a native Charlottean has watched his hometown grow at an incredible rate over the last decade. This growth inspired Josh to major in Real Estate at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where he first learned the principals of commercial real estate. He now proudly puts those principals to practice helping his clients make the most informed decisions possible about their commercial real estate needs. He is most passionate about industrial and adaptive re-use projects in the ever-expanding Charlotte MSA market.
