Josh Goode joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group – Commercial Division Land and Industrial Teams in 2018. Working alongside Dewey D. Mitchell, CCIM, Renee’ Dyer, CCIM, ALC and Jill Carbonelli, CCIM, Goode specializes in sales and leasing of industrial properties and vacant land for investment and development in the Tampa Bay Area. Goode is dedicated to providing a high level of professional real estate services to his customers.
Goode is a member of the West Coast CCIM District and is in pursuit of the coveted CCIM Designation. In 2019, he will serve on the Education Committee, which is responsible for all aspects of facilitating the district’s educational classes.
Goode’s sales career started at Ferrari of Tampa Bay in Palm Harbor, Florida in 2013. His unique ability to easily connect with his clientele and fully understand their requirements, allowed Goode to provide the top quality customer service needed to excel in exotic car sales. Goode’s relationships have since followed him to his new real estate career.
Originally from Kentucky and a Wildcat at heart, Goode attended University of Kentucky. While he thoroughly loves Florida, he makes a point to travel back to visit his family and friends. Goode enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, dirt biking and of course, spending time with Moose, his Wheaten Terrier rescue dog.
