Jozef “Yossi” Alhale, MAI is a commercial sales associate with KW Commercial. Mr. Alhale is engaged in the South Florida vacant land, office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential and lodging markets to represent owner-users and investors in the tri-county (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alhale has been and continues to run his commercial real estate appraisal firm which serves the banking, legal and investor communities in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, with integrity and professionalism since 1988.

Having appraised over 4,000 commercial properties, Mr. Alhale brings to his clients a wealth of commercial real estate advisory and investment analysis experience in a wide array of property uses, with an in-depth understanding of demographic and economic data analysis, zoning and land uses, and Highest and Best Use analysis to unlock optimal value for buyers and sellers.

A licensed realtor since 1990, Mr. Alhale is a member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute since 1993, and active in the South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He holds an Associate Degree from the Tel Aviv University; a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) degree from New York University (NYU); and a Master of Science degree from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) founded in 1824 and the first institution to bestow an engineering degree in the United States.

A native of Istanbul, Turkey, Mr. Alhale is fluent in English, Turkish and Hebrew, with adequate knowledge of Spanish. He is an avid scuba diver, and loves cigars, gastronomy, travel, trap & skeet, history, politics, and anything that has to do with the Mediterranean.
