I am a dedicated real estate sales professional with over 19 years of industry experience with a proven history of making significant contributions towards the growth and development of my clients and the businesses I serve.

As a highly experienced commercial and residential brokerage operations and sales manager, I have demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of sales professionals to new levels of success and collaboration. During the last two decades, I have worked in virtually every aspect of real estate, from commercial real estate finance loan review underwriting to the sales of single-family homes, multi-family residential, commercial/industrial and other income properties. I have strong technical and business skills with extensive hands-on experience in strategic planning to recruit, boost sales, development of training procedures for sales agents and staff, organizing sales meetings, community events, and management of all sales activity. With a solid ability to motivate a sales organization, extensive knowledge of real estate, leadership abilities, and genuine care for people, I am qualified to lead and be of service.

I strongly believe in family commitment and giving back to our communities. As a United State Army veteran, expanding home ownership among our veterans and active duty U.S. military is one of my foremost goals and something I believe we can all take part in. In an effort to achieve that goal the Dilbeck Keys for Heroes Program was created. I am honored for having been given the responsibility for the program’s creation and development. The program provides real estate services, discounts and credits, and specially trained sales agents with the mission to help veterans and active duty U.S. military become homeowners.
