Background:
Julie is Colorado native, proudly born and raised in Grand Junction. As a lifelong resident she appreciates the beauty and diversity that this area has to offer. A huge fan of the Western Colorado lifestyle, Julie understands and enjoys the features that this area has to offer.
Julie’s strength and has always been her sales ability including retail business owner, sales and marketing business owner, Manager of broadcast media sales company and most recently as the Sponsorship & Marketing Director for Country Jam and Rock Jam. In addition, she has started many of the special events and promotions throughout the valley that are still enjoyed today.
After winning several sales awards and receiving national recognition for her efforts, she decided to turn her efforts toward her true passion for real estate. Having owned and sold retail businesses and various residential properties on a personal level, Julie is now utilizing her experiences in both real estate and business ownership and management to successfully represent her client’s needs in the world of real estate.
Julie lives in Grand Junction with her husband Michael and their children and families.
