Julie Willeke has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She was raised in the Dallas area and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business dual degree in Real Estate and Finance from The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

She was employed by Sally Beauty Supply as a site selector and extensively traveled the Midwest selecting 16 new store locations.

Julie was a Tenant Representative with Sandor Development and exclusively represented CitiFinancial, Household Finance, and Check Into Cash. She opened over 25 new stores across the Midwest.

She was employed by Rent-A-Center as a Real Estate Manager for 8 years managing a portfolio of approximately 500+/- stores. She managed different areas of the country, including the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. She executed leases for 100+ new stores, relocated underperforming stores, extended leases, and negotiated lease buyouts for store closures. She worked in conjunction with senior-level operations, construction, lease accounting, and property management.

Julie was a dedicated Buyer’s Agent for a London-based REIT, purchasing single-family homes for rentals within San Antonio MSA. She purchased approximately 140 homes within 16 months. She identified homes meeting a specific criteria that would yield a desired cap rate and cash flow for the investment portfolio.

Julie represents numerous national, regional, and local retailers, shopping center developers, and landlords. Her comprehensive knowledge of the dynamic retail real estate industry provides a remarkable value to developers and investors looking to develop or purchase shopping centers in central Texas.
