I have been selling homes, new construction for well over 30 years as a salesperson for my husband's construction business as well as managing the office, and accounting. I have been a licensed realtor for 16 years, selling residential, commercial and land. I also list and lease properties for lease. We personally own tracts of land and a commercial complex with 8 currrent tenants which I manage. We also own six rental properties, many of which have been long term tenants.
To sum it up, I have always been a hardworking individual as well as my husband and family that is involved. I guess business has been good for us over the years, but you do have to work at it to make it succeed.
