Karen Nadine Ottar, is a no nonsense professional who brings with her a fearless approach to integrity and professionalism. Having worked within the financial sector for seven (7) years, as well as, the construction industry, Karen brings to real estate a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing financial assets. Beginning her career in real estate over a decade ago as the Office Manager at Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty, her Broker, realizing her potential, encouraged her to do the Real Estate Salesman course at the University of Technology….the rest as they say is history.

She wasted no time and immediately changed hats to become a Real Estate Agent, rising to the esteemed position of always being in the top five income earners. Six years later, she undertook and was successful in her endeavour to achieve Dealer status. With several prestigious awards under her belt for outstanding success in the field of Real Estate, she was most recently inducted as a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. A long standing member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica, Karen gets the job done; she is respected by her peers and loved by her clients.
