Kathy’s interest in Real Estate began at a gradual pace: from buyer, to seller, estate executor and investor. In 2018, Kathy took a leap of faith and left her career in the nonprofit sector to pursue her passion for Real Estate. Kathy’s professional experiences in recruitment, training and volunteer management coupled with her personal Real Estate journey helped create a foundation for success. In the first half of 2019 alone, Kathy has helped 24 families make their dreams become a reality. Because of her tireless efforts, Kathy has appeared consecutively on Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group's list of top agents alongside her mentor Michael Held. Kathy’s focus now is to combine old school best practices with the ever-changing facets of the industry. Her mission: To better serve the Real Estate needs and dreams within the diverse communities of Green Bay and its surrounding cities.

Joining Kathy on this journey is her greatest love: her family. Kathy resides in West De Pere with her husband of 25 years and is a proud mom of two. Her son serves in the Air Force, and her daughter is a Senior at De Pere High School. In addition to Kathy's role as a parent volunteer for the Redbirds’ swim team, she supports the efforts of World Vision and Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes.
