Kathy M. Wilson received her B.A in Theater Arts from San Jose State University. After a short stint in professional theater, she spent the next sixteen years in law enforcement in California. Kathy has always been entrepreneurial, owning businesses both in Nevada and California. Her most recent Sonny’s Italian Restaurant” in South Reno.

Since the sale of Sonny’s, Kathy has been selling real estate in NV since 2009, was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2012 and is consistently named among the top producing agents for production. Kathy has lived in Reno on and off since 1970, calling Reno her home permanently since 1995.

Kathy is a Broker-Salesperson, with an emphasis in Relocation for residential sales, and both a Luxury Properties & Commercial agent. She is also licensed as a Business Broker and can help make the dream of home or business ownership a reality.

Kathy is married to Keith Sietsema and the proud mother to Megan Kollar Dwyer, who resides in the Bay Area-Northern California with her husband, Ross. She is a bonus Mother to Renee, Colleen, Josh and Christopher. Kathy loves to ski, golf, fly fish, act in community theater, read, and garden.
