My career in the “built environment” has included positions as a real estate professional, engineer, owner’s representative and consultant for the past 44 years. As a Managing Broker, and business owner I’ve managed commercial and residential real estate offices for Coldwell Banker and other nationally recognized real estate firms in the greater Seattle regional marketplace for most of my career. I’ve enjoyed the diversity of every project and location – and the variety of challenges that came along the way. What I’ve learned most of all, is that my career’s work has been focused on the complexity and issues of life’s every day transitions and challenges.
