Keith joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group formerly Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL with a focus on restaurant and retail opportunities. His expertise is in the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial real estate properties within the hospitality and retail industry. Mr. Oster has lived and worked in the Wesley Chapel and East Pasco county area for over 10 years giving him a unique perspective on the region. He has several years of experience with large scale national hospitality chains such as Carrabbas Italian Grill and Starbucks Coffee as well as smaller independent and privately held regional brands. He has held key positions in management, accounting, and human resources throughout the hospitality business, and he is valued for his effectiveness, attention to detail, and knowledge of the trade.

Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University in San Antonio, Florida. He has professional designations as a member of The Central Pasco Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and The Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors.
Upon completion of graduate school Keith founded and managed operations at Gulf Coast Restaurants Consultants Group. As a consultant he utilizes a client-focused approach to meet the individual needs of his customers, identify specific issues, and provide unique recommendations to enhance the productivity and profitability of businesses. Mr. Oster’s combination of experience and education create a valuable resource distinctly suited to the facilitation of smooth business transactions.
Keith is involved with a variety of charitable organizations in the Bay area including The YMCA as a youth coach for basketball and soccer as well as Metropolitan Ministries volunteering in a number of youth and community outreach programs.
