Over 23-years of commercial real estate experience ranging from leasing and sales of office, retail, and medical projects to property/asset and project management. Ms Waerness has well-rounded skills and understands the entire cycle of a commercial asset.

Ms Waerness previously worked for CBRE as a Vice President in their Brokerage Services Group. at CBRE she worked with institutional, private and healthcare clients creating value through leasing and sales. She is a successful negotiator that has been proven in the over one million SF of lease transactions and $150 million transaction value.

Ms Waerness has also worked for KBS Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate investment advisory firm in Southern California, where she was an Acquisition Transaction Manager / Underwriter.

Ms Waerness holds a brokers license in the State of California and sales licenses in Texas and Arizona. She also holds a CCIM designation.
