Kenneth is responsible for providing marketing and research support to Cullinan Properties and its affiliates. He works with the Director of Leasing to establish, monitor and implement leasing and sales goals and objectives. Kenneth also establishes and maintains positive tenant relations to promote continued occupancy at local Cullinan owned properties with an emphasis on office/service and local retail.

Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2015, Kenneth was a Summer Finance Associate for Investment Management Advisors. There, he coordinated research for new and existing investment pursuits, maintained an internal database of net lease listings for potential investment ventures and developed spreadsheets for cash flow, loan analysis, present value and internal rate of return. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Bradley University.

Kenneth serves on the board of Community Workshop & Training Center, Inc.

Kenneth is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Business Network International (BNI) and Peoria Area Association of Realtors (PAAR). Kenneth is also a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
