Previous to real estate full-time, owned and operated a court reporting business for many years, as well as a working court reporter, covering contract law, real estate, construction litigation, and medical malpractice. Currently licensed in Florida at Beachfront Realty and in New York at Helmsley Spear, with a concentration in commercial real estate investments for buyers and sellers, as well as representing tenants for retail locations in South Florida. Also representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions in southeast Florida.
