Biography
Kevin Cutler has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989 acting in property management and ownership of various commercial property types. He was President and General Manager of a local business park overseeing business operations and property management of the office, warehouse and storage complex with over 90,000 square feet of rentable area. A partial client list consists of Frito Lay, Loomis & Fargo, Williams Telecommunications, Source Refrigeration, Culligan, Kraft Foods and Sarah Lee, Bank of America and KeyBank.

Kevin joined the firm of High Desert Realtors in 2006 and the commercial real estate branch of SVN | High Desert Commercial when the office opened in April 2008.

Cutler is a CCIM designee, Past President of the Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation which oversees the revitalization of the CBD in Historic Downtown Idaho Falls and he is also a member of the Idaho Falls Exchange Club.
