Kevin began his career in real estate as a commercial agent leasing office space in Orlando. A talented agent, he quickly excelled and moved into sales becoming a broker. Kevin and his team assisted principals and investors with the analysis, sales and acquisition of net leased properties along with Multi-Family products. Currently, he assists buyers and sellers in Central Florida and around the globe with real estate acquisitions, property sales and Landlord Representation. As a previous Deputy Sheriff and resident of Orange County, many of Mr. Gomez's clients rely on his comprehensive knowledge and expertise of the Orlando real estate market.

Mr. Gomez holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Central Florida. He also holds the Prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is known as the PhD of Real Estate. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two daughters, working out, MMA, and Kevin holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
