Maini has been recognized on numerous occasions—locally and nationally—for her outstanding commercial management and leasing production, earning the prestigious Chairman’s Circle, President’s Circle and Leading Edge Society awards.

She works closely with owners to develop professional relationships, improve and showcase their properties and remains in close contact with her clients, answering their questions candidly and providing as much information as possible. She then applies her local expertise, pricing knowledge and networking abilities to negotiate and oversee the progress of leases and bring each transaction to a successful conclusion. When working with tenants, Maini develops professional relationships, arranges vendor services and anticipates potential issues by performing site visits & inspections. Additionally, Maini facilitates paperwork and other requirements upon request of owners, tenants, vendors and attorneys. Maini brings with her more than 20 years of management & leasing experience, making her more than qualified to handle all aspects of commercial inventory.
