Kim has over a decade of experience in consultative sales and providing exceptional client service though her background in Recruiting where she owns and manages a Talent Acquisition Consulting Firm with an international reach. Kim has also contracted with global leaders in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). Kim partnered with international leadership contacts within client corporations though serving their recruitment needs within Engineering, IT Marketing, Legal, Healthcare, HR and Finance. Kim served corporations that include: Cisco, McKesson, Arthur J. Gallagher, Comcast, Zurich, MetLife, Ameritas, Bristol-Myers Squibb and QAD. Kim has developed outstanding negotiation skills while respectfully negotiating many corporate client service agreements as well as numerous candidate employment offers with emphasis on negotiating details surrounding all types of compensation and benefits packages.
As a sixth generation Nebraskan, Kim attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and majored in Psychology. She knows the Region very well and has contacts throughout the Metro area and beyond.
Kim owns and manages multifamily property in Millard and is a Board Member of MOPOA (Metropolitan Omaha Property Owners Association).
Kim is also an avid cyclist and a Board Member of the Omaha Pedalers Bicycle Club serving as their Membership Director.
