BERKADIA ROLE

Kristen joined the Berkadia Investment Sales group in 2016, leading the Land Services team. As a part of Berkadia, she is the leader in developing the Berkadia Land Services team platform throughout the nation. Kristen takes a hands-on approach in marketing properties and handling listings from the initial inquiry to the point of closing the sale, giving the best customer service to each of her clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Berkadia, Kristen began her real estate career at McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company in 1999. Kristen worked side by side with, her father, Bill McDade from 1999 to 2015, absorbing his 55+ years of knowledge and experience as one of the most well respected land brokers in Houston. She took a short term position at Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County as Associate Vice President of Real Estate from August 2009 through October of 2010 where she managed a team as large as 30 people for the Right of Way acquisition for the current five light rail projects in Houston as well as all other real estate projects for METRO. In 2010 Kristen joined CBRE as part of the top producing McDade team, led by Bill McDade, specializing in brokering land transactions for both buyers and sellers.
