Kristy joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group with over seven years Property Management experience. She currently specializes in office and retail property sales, leasing and property management.
Kristy has been responsible for the management of over one million square feet of mixed-use properties, including office, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout the state of Florida.
Achieving the prestigious President Circle Award nationwide from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Division, Kristy has been recognized for her tireless efforts to produce positive results for her real estate customers. She takes pride in being able to offer her customers comprehensive guidance on commercial real estate ventures.
Kristy was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where she gained experience in the insurance industry and moved into property management and real estate.
After accompanying her family in their move to Florida and starting a family of her own, Kristy secured a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from DeVry University of South Florida.
Kristy enjoys traveling with her husband, of over 20 years, and raising their teenage son.
