Kristy joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group with over ten years’ Property Management experience. Her drive and commitment to maximizing value for her customers is the key to Kristy’s success. Kristy has extensive experience in office and retail property sales, leasing, property management and facilities management.
Kristy has been responsible for the management of over one million square feet of mixed-use properties, including office, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout the state of Florida. Her range of experience has given her a unique set of skills and a wide viewpoint allowing her to advise her customers wisely on a variety of commercial real estate services. She takes pride in being able to offer comprehensive guidance on commercial real estate ventures.
Achieving the prestigious President’s Circle Award nationwide from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Kristy has been recognized for her tireless efforts to produce positive results for her real estate customers.
Kristy was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where she gained experience in the insurance industry and moved into property management and real estate.
After accompanying her family in their move to Florida and starting a family of her own, Kristy secured a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from DeVry University of South Florida.
Kristy volunteers in her community, enjoys traveling to exotic places with her husband, of over 20 years, and raising their teenage son.
