Kyle brings over 10 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the investment and real estate industries to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Commercial Division. He specializes in retail, office and hospitality sectors in the Tampa Bay Area.
Kyle is a St. Petersburg native with strong ties to the community and local businesses. It was those community ties and his interest in real estate that inspired him to get his real estate license at the age of 19, while attending college.
His career has given him the opportunity to live in great places around the country and add to his knowledge of the influential characteristics of quality investment opportunities. He always knew returning home was inevitable and in 2009, he moved back to St. Petersburg where he continued his ventures in real estate investments. Prior to joining Florida Properties Group, Kyle was the co-owner of Element Financial Group, an annuity brokerage firm in St. Petersburg.
Kyle is a graduate of Florida State University and member of the Seminole Boosters and Alumni Association. Over the course of his career, he has obtained various financial certifications, licenses and continues to pursue high quality education opportunities in investment real estate. Currently he is working toward the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Kyle is passionate about helping his customers and engages them by bringing a personable approach and honesty to every real estate transaction. He believes those two components are vital to building strong long standing business relationships and is dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants attain their real estate goals.
Kyle currently lives in the Snell Isle Neighborhood of St. Petersburg with his wife and two children. He is an active member of the local community, a founder and board member of the Putts-For-Mutts Foundation and supporter of the Give Hope Foundation. In his free time, Kyle enjoys traveling, cooking, live music, college football and attempting to improve his golf game.
