After falling head over heels for an Argentine girl in the town he frequented he made the leap to move to Costa Rica. Larry’s expertise was in small business management, which led him to help in sales and management of a local store in Tamarindo for a number of years. He then began working in a real estate office in Tamarindo. He stayed there for three years and always focused his energy on the areas south of Tamarindo. He noticed the constant demand in Playa Negra and decided to open his own independent office in the town where he lives.

It gives him great pleasure to turn clients into neighbors.
