Mr. Walshaw is a seasoned veteran in the medical real estate industry. Since 1985, Larry has sold, leased, and developed over $2+ billion dollars in the commercial real estate market.

KW Commercial conducted $7.6 Billion in real estate transactions in 2018 and is the commercial real estate arm of Keller-Williams, the largest residential real estate company in the United States.

Larry represents investment buyers and property owners for the purchase and sale of Medical Investment properties.

In 2000, Larry founded Business Condos USA, a commercial real estate development firm specializing in the ground up development and sale of business condominiums, a $200+ million enterprise, which he subsequently franchised nationally in 2005. Larry built nearly 1 million sq. ft. and Business Condos USA became one of the leading national developers of business condominiums across the country, twice being nominated as Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Association (NAIOP). Business Condos USA was previously ranked as the 4th largest developer in North Florida.

Larry is an experienced executive with extensive investment brokerage sales, development, marketing, and finance within the commercial real estate industry. He’s routinely been recognized as a top producer locally and nationally, earning numerous top 10 power broker awards and top 50 national broker awards as a previous franchisee of Sperry Van Ness, a national commercial real estate firm, where he consistently placed in the top 15 of Jacksonville’s commercial real estate firms.

Larry is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has a commercial 220 insurance license, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Tennessee, and lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida with his wife Michelle of 35 years. He enjoys golfing, surfing, jet skiing, and the beach.
