A Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Lee is a retail investment sales professional specializing in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant NNN investments, multi-tenant strip centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and urban retail assets. Lee is an expert in property valuation and providing his clients with a thorough understanding of the market value of their properties. His extensive market knowledge combined with his comprehensive financial analysis skills, allows him to assist his clients in achieving top prices in today’s real estate market.

In 2012, Lee was promoted to Senior Associate for his key contributions and exceptional performance in retail investment sales at Hanley Investment Group. Lee joined the Hanley team in 2007.

Lee graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Investment. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a candidate for an Argus DCF Valuation Certification. Lee lives in Newport Beach with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and being outdoors.
