Lee Wandel began his real estate career with SVN / Dunn Commercial in 2015 and serves as an associate advisor specializing in office properties located in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, including the surrounding areas. Lee enjoys working with other commercial real estate asset categories, but feels specializing in office properties allows him to provide above market services to his clients.

Focusing primarily on the Arlington/Mansfield, Mid-Cities, and Fort Worth office markets, Lee brings value to a commercial office transaction by providing a levelheaded approach, meticulous attention to detail and an encyclopedic knowledge of the market.

Lee represents both Landlords and Tenants throughout the leasing process, as well as, Buyers and Sellers during the acquisition or disposition of an asset. This full service approach allows Lee the ability to network with, learn from, work with, and provide commercial real estate services to numerous individuals at all levels of the commercial real estate spectrum.

Before joining SVN / Dunn Commercial, Lee graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance Degree. As an Arlington, Texas native, Lee grew up watching his hometown grow and continue to develop into what it is today. While completing his undergraduate studies at UTA, Lee decided that commercial real estate was where he wanted to make his mark.

Lee is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. He is an avid fan of all DFW professional sports teams and enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsey, son William, and their silver lab, Oliver.
