High Touch's focus as a broker is representing retail, restaurant, and hospitality brands and operators with customer experiential concepts in finding new locations throughout Southern California as well as brokering the acquisition and disposition of existing restaurant and bar businesses on our clients behalf.

I have over 30 years of extensive transactional and business experience in retail, mixed use, and restaurant property development, site selection & acquisitions, market strategy & financial analysis, project feasibility, leasing, permits & entitlements, and construction management producing:
- Over 57 new retail, single tenant, and mixed-use developments across California through the entire ground up and redevelopment cycle;
- Negotiated, sourced, and closed in excess of 100 purchase and ground lease contracts worth over $520MM and sold over 44 single and multi-tenant retail properties;
- over 234 leases with national and regional retailers and restaurants for retail, mixed use, urban and suburban developments covering over 600,000 sq. ft.;
- over 139 new stores for retailers and restaurants and directing seven development teams simultaneously (real estate, leasing, legal, design, finance, construction, broker network); supervised 12 division staff and $1M - $20M project budgets.
