Loetta started with our firm in 2019 after a 17- year tenure in Multi-family management and operations in Atlanta, Georgia. During her tenure she worked for owners of Multi-family assets valued in the multi-million-dollar range. Throughout Loetta’s career she specialized in transitioning distressed, non-cash flowing communities into assets that were positioned to successfully trade for the highest dollar per door amongst its competitors.
