Mr. Cotrone is a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he focuses on The South Queens Market, comprised of The Jamaica’s, The Rockaways, Woodhaven, Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens, Ozone Park, Howard Beach, Queens Village, Laurelton, Rosedale and The Greater JFK Airport Area.

Prior to joining B6, Mr. Cotrone was a Director of Investment Sales for ONE Commercial where he worked alongside President, David Chase with a focus on Queens. Mr. Cotrone joined ONE Commercial as an Associate in 2017 and was quickly promoted to Director 10 months later.

Previously, Mr. Cotrone enjoyed a successful Division 1 career at Marist College and a Professional football career in Europe. There, he captained the Italian National Team, lead them to the first European Championship appearance in 35 years, and earned recognition as one of the Top 50 American Footballers in Europe.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Mr. Cotrone got involved in real estate at a young age, due to his father’s interests in real estate investment & development.

Graduating from Marist College in 2015 with a degree in Communications, Mr. Cotrone spends his time either on the field coaching youth or assisting those in need through various forms of community service. He is also fluent in Italian and Spanish holding a Dual Citizenship in Italy.
