Lynette has first hand experience buying and managing investment properties as a principal since 1985.
Following her passion, Lynette joined Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate firm, in 1999 as an Investment Advisor specializing in multi-family apartment buildings. Her expertise included facilitating the list & buy side in approx. $28m worth of transactions for high net worth clients including facilitating numerous 1031 exchanges.
In 2005 she joined SCI Real Estate Investment as a regional director. SCI Real Estate Investments specialized in Class A, Multi Family, Multi Tenant Retail and Student Housing in the $15-$90 million dollar range all over the U.S. There she closed approx. 90 transactions helping buyers purches properties valued at approx. $785 Million dollars. Lynette Sohl was also responsible for education commercial real estate agents all over the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley with the 1031 exchange process and worked with their clients most of whom were in need of facilitating a 1031 exchange.
Lynnette also holds her BRE Brokers Brokers License in the State of California
