Mr. Cereceres has concentrated exclusively on retail throughout his real estate career. His multi-disciplined experience includes the execution of strategies and procurement of retail space for national and local retailers in addition to maximizing the value of properties through lease-up and disposition for landlords. Mr. Cereceres established a solid foundation in market research and analysis early on in his career as a research analyst in commercial real estate. A tremendous advantage for his clients, he is highly astute at analyzing trends in the retail marketplace allowing for constant adaptation in strategy to a changing market.
