Prior to joining Encore, Marcel spent two years with a regional Industrial and Office firm where he specialized on leasing and sales of Industrial and Office properties.

He gained valuable experience in tenant and landlord lease representation, sale-leaseback and general advisory services. Marcel’s ambitious drive, entrepreneurial mindset and providing clients with sound advice are the pillars on which he plans on building his reputation.
