Marcelo Llorente is a veteran commercial realtor with an impressive track record. In 2010, Marcelo and Matthew Llorente formed Global Group Realty. Marcelo is the Commercial Director of Global Group, having spent most of his real estate career with the commercial division of the The Keyes Company. Marcelo is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Marcelo has many years of experience and was a member of the Circle of Excellence of The Keyes Company and always ranked among the top commercial brokers. His passion for analyzing business opportunities have contributed to his success and his results-oriented approach have made him well-respected among his peers. In 2007, he ended the year with more than $38 million in closed sales, which made him #1 in commercial sales and #2 in the entire Keyes Company, among over 2,000 associates. Marcelo has very strong ties in the South Florida community and his networking capabilities are second to none. He was also a member of the Keyes Company’s President’s Council and has sold over $100 Million in Commercial Real Estate.

Prior to becoming a commercial realtor, Marcelo was Vice President of a prestigious wholesale company and directed its sales efforts to new heights, selling national programs to mass merchants, including Home Depot, Target, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, among others. Marcelo got his start in the retail industry and managed a retail chain for 18 years. This retail and wholesale experiences combined is what gives him the expertise to help his clients find the right properties in the commercial real estate arena.

Marcelo is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in marketing.
